1978 KZ650B

Bought it new from Daytona Sports Center in Florida... did a lot of riding in Fla, then moved to Houston. Different riding out here, I parked the bike for about 10 years. Put it back on the road in Feb of 2000... and I joined the Southern Cruisers Houston Chapter (proves they'll let anyone or anything ride with them). No other bikes right now but Concours in near future, then my wife Connie gets the KZ... Bike History (around '67) Montgomery Wards 50cc Benelli 1970 Bultaco Matador SD 250 1972 Kawasaki S2 - 350 2 stroke triple 1975 Kawasaki KZ-400 4 stroke twin 1978 Kawasaki KZ 650B - first came with black SS fairing but collision with car totalled it.. ready for a paint job if I can take it off the road long enough. 50 mile round trip from home to Texas Medical Center - advantage in Texas is Motorcycles can use restricted HOV lanes, even with just one up.
