2002 Gold Reflex kicks gass.

I put about 5000 miles per year for the last 3 years. This year I expect to do more due to my commute into Boston for my new position at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

I ride into the city in horrible traffic. I can ride the HOV lane (Federal Law). The Big Dig, the most expensive highway in the world (inch for inch) may have improved things, but my Reflex improves my mood and my pocket book.

My Reflex gets just over 60 mpg. I park my bike in the New England Medical Center garage for 7.50/day (bike rate) vs. 12.50/day (staff rate) in my car.

Riding my Reflex to work really kicks gas.

Yep,it's all about the gas and the ride !

I got a Burgman 400cc 4 months ago. I have over 4000 miles on it. I'm with you,it kicks gas and it is my main transport! I wish there were more designated parking spots for
motorcyles/scooters,tho.

Love the Burger

Hi Elsa,

Thank you for seconding me.

I love the Burger 400. My best friend loaned me his for a couple of weeks while my Reflex was in the shop. The Burger 400 is just like the Reflex except that it is a bit bigger, faster, more comfortable, has a larger trunk, other than those things, they are exactly the same.

Ride Safe, and happy Ride to Work Day!
